Our core maintenance contract — highest value — includes the services listed below. This will accomplish your safe, healthy, and well-maintained landscape throughout the entire season.

Lawn Maintenance

Weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing of all hard surfaces. A detail-oriented eye on your landscape every week. Our consistent presence allows us to notice changes in lawn health, drought stress, disease, irrigation issues, and other developing problems that often go unnoticed by property owners until they become more significant.

Bed Maintenance

Bed maintenance includes hand-pulling weeds growing within plant material, trimming back sucker growth, and chemical treatment of any remaining unwanted weeds.

Seasonal Clean-Ups

All fallen leaves and branches are cleared from lawns and hard surfaces, and perennials are cut back to promote next season's growth, reduce winter damage, and leave the property clean, protected, and ready for the next season.

Pruning

Structural pruning of ornamental shrubs and small trees as needed throughout the season. Any poking, obstructing, or nuisance plant material is pruned back to ensure safe conditions that maintain appeal.
